How to Use:

Directions: Create a paste by adding 2-3 tablespoons or more of exfoliant to a bowl or palm of hand & mix with a little water in shower.

Add paste to the body while in the shower, using gentle circular motions with your hands or towel. Allow the mixture to sit for 2-3 minutes.

Rinse off with a towel to remove dirt & exfoliate. Gently pat your entire body to dry but leave it slightly damp and add moisturizer within 60 seconds to lock in moisture. Skin will be clean & soft.
You can use either the Ghana Shea Butter, Lavender Whipped Butter, or Baby, It's Cold Outside Moisturizer.
